Source: OPEC+ postpones technical committee meeting to June 17

MOSCOW, Jun 5 (PRIME) -- The OPEC plus deal participants have postponed a meeting of the technical monitoring committee to June 17 from Friday, and the ministerial meeting has not been scheduled, two sources in the delegations told PRIME late on Thursday.

"A meeting of the technical committee is now scheduled for June 17," a source said. Another source added that there was a proposal to hold an OPEC plus ministerial meeting after the technical committee meeting but there was no consensus.

The third source said that there was a point in postponing the meeting of the technical committee for June 17 because independent market data and figures of the OPEC plus deal fulfillment in May would be posted by that time.
